1. Must state pokemon you want before combat.
2. Must give trainer a grace period of one week and a day to reply before offically capturing pokemon.
3. Battle must be creative or must return stolen pokemon.
4. Stealing from each other is allowed and so is stealing back your pokemon same rules apply.
5. Can never steal starter pokemon.
